Why, it's Bubble's Aunt Yentl! She hails from the East and always has a baked good or two on her person to share with her beloved nephews and nieces. Unfortunately, she never seems to notice when they grow up! In her eyes, Bubble is still the little kit she used to spoil rotten once upon a time.
