And we're back! Another guest tale of Bubbly hilarity is here and closing out yet another week! So let's dive right in, only to quickly "Rise" up!

Eline W is an amazing artist from a land where I have a surprisingly large following: The Netherlands! She's really done it all over and is quite renown in her homeland! She also has a very quirky sense of humor and it didn't take long for us to become friends! Her current comic, found on her blog (elinewsblog.blogspot.com), tells the hilarious tales of her interactions with the outside world and with her cat, an orange tabby named Storm. Eline has often enjoyed Bubble's use of helium and decided it would be great to work it into her strip. And she was right! When I saw this, my face "Lifted" right into a smile! Thanks again Eline! You really "Rose" to the occasion on this one… LITERALLY!!!
