That Weasel has good reason to flee. Spanning 11 years, three channels, over 200 episodes and one feature film even, Joel, Mike and the Bots at MYSTERY SCIENCE THEATER 3000 were subjected to some of the worst atrocities cinema had to offer. And yet, in the annals of MST3K lore, the movie that is often considered the worst of the worst is MANOS, THE HANDS OF FATE, with SANTA CLAUS CONQUERS THE MARTIANS a very close second. Both films are horrible beyond belief, but MANOS is in a league of its own as far as B movies go! It's a level of bad that has to be seen to be believed. Ironically enough, had it not been for Frank Conniff coming across it while looking for movies to riff on, it likely would've remained forgotten! In the years since, MANOS has developed a cult-like following in the vein of PLAN 9, even inspiring Torgo cosplay at numerous comic and SciFi cons! Weird how these things work out sometimes.
