Bubble and Pepper continue their trick-or-treat trek and come across Dr. Dogmatic and his wacky pooch assistants! They are wise to keep walking. The last time Dave Wessels' canine trio tried to inflate something, things went terribly wrong!

I'm surprised they haven't run into any furry mobsters yet...but I guess the Galactic Dragons covered Pepper with enough bad influence for this story arc.
