Those are some VERY strange costumes indeed! They almost look like the legendary humans Bubble used to hear about in stories his dad used to tell! Perhaps Geoff Munn, Peter Rasmussen, Donna McKay and Warren Frantz can shed some light on these mysterious creatures?

(Incidentally, this isn't the first time a human has appeared in Bubble Fox. Santa Claus appeared in the December 2014 story.)
